Enjoyment: 3/10. Maybe if it wasn't trying to be a sequel I would like it more. There's just nothing to tie it to the first one besides a tiny part of the plot, even the actress is changed. I had trouble paying attention to the first one but this was literally just another movie about vampires in California. They just kinda lied to me and I don't care about these humans

Vampires: I want to rank them higher because the girl is hot but all the uniqueness has been stripped away. They're still bloody and animalistic but they're not special. No sunicide but they do say that vampires can come back from the sun so the final scene was cool. 5/10
